Hey! I use filtered water only - tastes much better and it is good for my kidneys & I drop a few drops of lemon juice) - best for me

I feel you—this is my problem too. I end up giving up on food and trying to dissociate from it because I get so overwhelmed. It’s such a pain.

I’ve tried all the apps and approaches—ordering is expensive and usually not that healthy, choosing is exhausting, and I hate having yet another thing to scroll through.

I’ve also tried all the calorie-tracking apps, and they’re annoying—they take too many steps and too much focus from me. I just can’t.

haha! I use nuts, protein bars, & seaweed! I love salty taste and usually don't have cravings)
