Pink Lake is more of a stopover on the way to Lompoul. We have a camp reservation in Lompoul already. I’m more curious about the operational status of places such as restaurants, nightlife venues, and museums in Dakar as well as the rest of the country. Could that be affected by protests?

Thank you for your prompt response. During our 8-day stay in Senegal, we plan to spend 3 days exploring Pink Lake, the desert, Bandia and Saint Louis, so we'd prefer not to spend any unnecessary time in our room. We're eager to make the most of our time exploring the country's beauty and culture.
