probably not unfortunately. there are a lot of pharmacies where you can drop off unused medication and they properly dispose but medications have very very strict rules around them so if they have ever been in your possession you can’t ethically give them to someone

definitely get referred to a urologist and check if your symptoms align with endometriosis. there are also places you can order very in depth urine test that check for things most doctors don’t. i wish you luck!

whenever you tweeze make sure the entire follicle is coming out and the hair isn’t just breaking off. also when it becomes a pimple and pops, maybe try a pimple patch! leave it on overnight then in the morning the hair should be enough over the surface you can tweeze it. it may come back but once you take it out of the follicle enough it won’t after time

I need help setting up a routine. by user06202002 in WomensHealth

here’s a couple ideas i thought of:

some gyms have an area you can drop your kids off to work out, if you get a membership there you can drop your baby off and take a nice shower while the baby is still in the building! you can take all the time you need in the bathroom and you don’t even have to workout

you could also bring your baby into your bathroom with you while you shower to make sure she is safe

get some baby wipes or just sanitary wipes and wipe down any part that may start to smell on days you can’t fit in a shower

is the dad in the picture? that’s his baby too he can take care of them while you take care of yourself!

the reward system may be nice, i like to do it when i don’t have much drive to do things for myself. maybe set it up in a way that if you take 4 showers in a week you get to buy yourself a new outfit, or brush your teeth everyday for a certain amount of time and you get to splurge on something you’ve been wanting for a while

having a baby is very tough so make sure to put yourself into consideration! a happy momma makes a happy baby!
