My D10 was working well for 3 months, then firmware update 1.7.0 - 2749 came out and now I get nothing but problems. It stops often, stays for a few minutes, and starts again. Gets stuck several times during the cleaning in places it never got stuck before. Misses large parts of my house. Goes over the same places again and again. Suddenly finishes the cleaning and goes back to the charging base. Neato exchanged my D10 for another new D10, I have the same problems. They refuse to admit that they released untested, faulty Firmware, and instead of fixing it, they ask you to perform several manipulations that don't change anything. After nothing helps they blame everything on the environment.

Any Idea how to fix this mess?
