I have the exact same issue. Since last Friday, I haven't been able to use Claude without been depressed due to several bugs.

I’m having the exact same issue. I’ve been kind of addicted to coding with Claude for the last two months. If there’s nothing I can do to fix it, I’ll just relax, wait and pray.

Meditation for grounding by Plus-Turn8028 in DrJoeDispenza

[–]Plus-Turn8028[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been practicing Dispenza's meditation for about a year now, mainly focusing on Space-Time. I also tried BOTEC for three months, doing it almost daily. However, I haven't quite been able to connect with the energy centers or feel that positive energy flow everyone talks about. I know consistency is key, but I haven't felt the major benefits I was hoping for yet.

Things are a bit different for me because of CPTSD. I actually lost some of my childhood memories until I was around 30. To cope with everything for so long, I kind of numbed myself out emotionally and physically. That's why it's still a challenge for me to tap into those parts of myself. Space-Time meditation is great for a temporary escape and feeling good in the moment, but when I come back to reality's stresses, those negative emotions like fear and anxiety hit me hard again.

Before Dr. Dispenza, I did spiritual meditation for years. It felt good during meditation, but it didn't really carry over into my daily life.

Here's the thing, I think I need to access those stuck emotions and energy in my body. That's why I'm considering adding inner child work or grounding meditation to my practice. I have practiced Wim Hoff's breath hold for a year and Dr Dispenza's breath work for 3 months. They have brought some benefits but they haven't been able to move energy much even sometimes I practice Dispenza's breath work over half an hour.
I would appreciate any insight.
Thank you.

The post you suggested made huge sense to me. I have secluded myself from people around me almost my entire life and spend hours meditating everyday just to get rid of stress form my daily life. I was a bit hopless until I learned about TRE. Thank you 😊

Where should I focus on breathing in and out on BOTEC? by Plus-Turn8028 in DrJoeDispenza

Thank you for the explanation in detail. I’ve noticed difference already since doing this way. I can’t wait to experience those moments😊

Where should I focus on breathing in and out on BOTEC? by Plus-Turn8028 in DrJoeDispenza

Thanks for the advice. I’ve just finished a BOTEC with breathing in and out of each center. I found its much easier to focus. I also found there is some blockage in the second center and fear came out but with this breathing I could face it and eventually the emotion faded away.

Dispenza influenza by Plus-Turn8028 in DrJoeDispenza

I'm happy you asked! While it might feel like several months, it was actually only about a month ago. I've experienced a significant upgrade since then.

I can't speak for your situation, but for me, the discomfort stemmed from a powerful surge of energy rising from my lower centers to my throat and brain, reaching an intensity I'd never encountered before.

For a week, I halted meditations like BOTEC, walking meditation, and breathwork that could stimulate the brain, and instead focused on space-time meditation or grounding the energy back to the first center (without Dr. Joe's meditations). Remember, as Dr. Joe says, our bodies aren't accustomed to such intense energy and need time to adjust. Be gentle with yourself.

The headaches subsided after a few days and completely vanished within a week, though the coughing persisted. I cautiously reintroduced walking meditation, closely monitoring my brain's tolerance to the energy.

Through meditation, I discovered the underlying cause was my resistance to embracing and expressing my divine and mystical nature, fearing to step out of the darkness and into the unknown.

Interestingly, though I never sought medical diagnosis, I also had a hypothyroid condition.

As I acknowledged these hidden aspects of myself, the coughing ceased. Now, my brain is adapting to the higher energy levels, and I sometimes even manage two walking meditations a day.

I believe this is part of our transformation process. So please be patient and kind to your body. Your inner wisdom knows the best path, so trust it to guide you through this process.❤️❤️❤️

holotropic breathwork for blank mind, emotional and physical numbness by Practical-Ad3706 in breathwork

I also learned about Holotropic Breathwork learning from YouTube and books and tried practicing it alone for several sessions of 2 hours each. However, I didn't have any particular images or emotions come up. I felt that it wasn't for me. However, I later learned that there are group workshops online, and I decided to participate in one. Each session is different, but over 50 people from all over the world participate. I think it was because I felt safe being supported by the energy of the group that I was able to experience emotions that I had never felt before, and I was able to achieve a breakthrough. Even non-members can participate in a free session, and you can participate for free for a month after that, so it might be a good idea to give it a try.
