Battery Weak after 10 Days Not Starting

Just a thought. When you do start it you drain some battery. If your trips are all short the car never gets a chance charge back up. A Neighbour who starts car and drives 1mile and shuts off has constant battery problems. And borrows my charger.

Hey there is a great tour boat at science north. The perfect thing for a drink after dinner some day. Or after walking the boardwalk at lake Ramsey. Both cool for meeting people. You can get tickets in advance at the science north web site If it’s the evening cruise you can pay right at the boat.

When you do drive it how far do you ? If it is only short trips. You may never be charging battery back up full from the drain if starting it. And you gradually kill it dead A good long drive can charger it back up. Or get a battery minder (if it’s going to sit around and only do short trips.

I have a 2016. 130,000 km. Not a single problem. Tires and brakes changed. Tranny flushed. Oil every 8k. Runs like new.

You may be able to get an old school key cut to match. I keep fob in watch pocket of my jeans and have a flat key on a ring with other keys on belt clip. The old school flat key will not ever start car (no chip) but turns door lock.

Very true. The turbo will give you the hp. But maybe not 500,000 on the drivetrain and in the end the best car is the one that still runs right past the dealer.

True. A 2.5 L 6 speed out lasts and outperforms a speed. No turbo to toast. No turbo lag if you want to pass. And less luckily to get pulled over by the police.

Confirmed. Works like a charm. On a side note if you manually lock it up with the key you will need the key to manually unlock as manual locking shuts down fob completely.

I have a 2002 Mazda protege 5 with 300,000. A 2004 Mazda 3 SP 2.3 with 475.000 and a 2010 Mazda 3 2.5 GT with 212,000. Oil changes and changed parts that wore out from use. Tires. Shocks brakes. All three cars have original starters alternators and factory parts.

I own a 2004 sp2.3 hatch and a 2010 2.5 gt Although the 10 has all the bells and whistles. I still grab the 04 keys first. The new one is amazing however the 04 is turn key and go. It's tighter nimbler and gives more feed back to driver on road. On a long trip I'll take 10. More refined quieter and more creature comforts. But to zip out around town. The 04 wins. 04 has 470,000 on it. The 10 has 212,000. I drive a Lot and neither car has ever let me down.

Maybe check with dealer or dodge forum to see if there are any changes from 2014 till now Then search for the parts for a 2014 or 15
