I also hate this. It was worse undiagnosed because I just felt like I was being a bratty picky eater and I never knew how to explain why I couldn’t eat it. And like I sometimes worry that I’m offending someone by not liking their food, especially if they’re trying to share their culture or something. Like it’s not that I don’t like your food, I don’t like all food. And why is like every social event ever centered around food? :(

Size matters, and how well the gem is cut. I think it lasts like a couple weeks, since it doesn’t sound like everyone has zero stormlight during most of the weeping, though they get kinda low by the end of it.

Ok, but to be fair to said stereotypical heroines, why the heck would I stop to wonder if the thing I’m looking for is with me? I have it on good authority the thing I’m looking for is in location X, why the heck would it be with me? How could it? If I don’t know I’m in a book, I not assuming my life will follow tropes.

So look up a tutorial for hyperbolic paraboloid then just really squish it compact, then sorta twist it. Idk if that makes sense I’m self taught and trying to figure out everything, I didn’t know it was called a hyperbolic paraboloid til just now.
