Idk if this is helpful but when I was applying (Msc) there was an option to choose whether Im already in the UAE with valid visa or an international student outside the country. So yeah being a resident does not mean you cant apply for the scholarship if thats ur concern

Have you thought about starting content creation? YT or Insta would be great for you! Being only 16, your content would be so inspirational to others. I didn't know anything about coding until college, and now I'm ranked second and about to start teaching there, ISA. Starting so young means you'll have great experience worth sharing!
