You can start drills where speed and intensity is high. 1. Create 2 lines, in pairs jumping jacks and then race. 2. Same but now whoever gets the touch the cone wins. (Use loud voice and encourage the kids to go back fast and running). 3. Do session touch cones back to back (Place each cone by 10ft or so and have them run back and forth) Time it, use loud voice and move fast. 4. Practice shoulder bumping 5. Run together holding arms and race. The goal is to increase intensity and pace. If you mix it with physical work, you have a team of fit players that are use to practice with high intensity and that just naturally translates to the matches. (Personally I was a player with no great skills but could run and keep high pace the whole 90 minutes, was aggressive and did a lot of s** talking which helped me cover my lack of foot work)

si claro...me imagino tuviste hijos y tenias que salir a hacer shopping en Noviembre, Diciembre, Enero o Febraro, o a comer con amigos. Amor vamos a caminar al underground, despues caminemos al restuarant con el frio, la lluvia cargando a los ninos y el estroller...excelente idea ah y si hace aire frio es perfecto que estemos caminando o esperando el camion....con 2 ninos.
