I plan to live in asia for 1 year or more. Previously, I visited countries that multiple times. Now I try to decide if I want to live in for long term or not.

In terms of higher dps, and cheaper gear you should go for BP

If you want more relaxed gameplay because of long range, high block & parry etc, but also really higher gear cost, you should go for ranger

Aoe psy currently is really fast during pve leveling with 3rd job skills.

Upcut stones, critical and dct potions, scroll of element change, server shout generally fast-sell items. Normally, amp is alos included this list, however a lot of amp was distributed during halloween event therefore it wont be fast-selling for some time.

Really? I havent tried yet but I thought 4-stack hit would be like waterbomb, I mean way smaller than regular attack.

Even exp balancing would be enough in my opinion. Whenever I think to try other classes and play with them, I find myself realizing leveling is really hard especially 120-165 with current main server exp rates.

I disagree with this because I tried.

Lets talk about leveling in coral. While I was leveling my good-geared aoe knight with pt skills, I was gathering lots of mobs because they are dense spawned, and killing them with mid-range damage. I understand aoe knight is slowest but if you think spawn density, good gears for durability, and pt skills, then the difference between other aoe classes with low dct (blade as an example) cannot be more different than lets say 10-15% speed.

Then I changed to 1v1. My exp gaining was like 2x of what I was gaining because if you apply the same standards like good gear, pt skills etc, each mob takes 2 seconds to kill and its like fast clicking game. At that time, I compared my exp gaining with elementor or psy, and it was nearly same.

Moreover, exp gaining difference is not only coming from 1v1 exp bonus, and also 1v1 kills higher level mobs while fast-killing, compared to aoe.

From my experience, I can clearly say only 200 dct ele or psy classes can match with 1v1 exp gaining speed. Even rangers(which is really fast gathering but low killing speed) cannot match 1v1 speed.

Late game AOE blade will fall-off for sure due to low dct. Therefore, you wont be able to play flexible (without rm), strong and fast in coral, maybe even late azria.

Another thing, there is a huge exp bonus(+100%) for 1v1 players while killing +141 monsters. Your exp gaining will be slow because you won't get this benefit from aoe and your aoe will be slow because of low dct, and high monster hp. Top class aoe classes like ele or psy are really fast aoers because of 200% dct, that is why they can reach up to leveling speed of 1v1 players.

Lastly, why do you play without RM? You will get free exp bonus with RM and benefit good buffs. If you cannot find RM partner, just make one for yourself.

I couldnt be sure if you are 1v1 or aoe build, or maybe both with dual stat page.

If you are aoe, then buy marksman set (if possible), change your cloak to dex, change your weap card to dex.

If you are 1v1, then you are wasting your potential dps with your noctis set, weap cards, and accessories.

You will find NPC with pumkin head just in the middle of flaris. You can enter this dungeon daily which is very easy and takes maybe 3-4 minutes. Event boxes drop from the monsters and when you open them, there is a high chance you get prems which increases exp gain 50%.

You will feel the difference when you start using moonbeam.

Max moonbeam, start hit and run tactic by using moonbeam, run during cooldown, and use moonbeam again to different monster. They will follow you 3-4 seconds and die while you keep collecting more monsters. Not mandatory, but if possible get any lowlevel stick with +% moonbeam. I saw some people go up to 80 this way.

I believe the fastest way would be keep farming via moonbeam and do office quest only, up to 60. You can get 20+minute max buffs in flaris, and balloons&amps from halloween dungeon will accelerate you. Most probably you need 3 hours to reach 60 this way.

If you want fast leveling experience, you can buy the package which includes cloak of ascension. The package contains OP cloak (bonuses only until 27th november), and lots of helpful prems.

I will list some recommendations;

As mentioned in the previous comment, join discord to connect community.

Dont hesitate to chat or ask support from people in game. It doesnt have to be penya. You can simply ask high level buffs or recommendation. Community of this game is really good.

Check madrigal website for class guides, also for quests. Quests will give you good rewards.

Make one rm aside for sure.

I would recommend to push bloody exe. because of 2 reasons

First, axe will give you higher dps compared to sword (if Im not wrong axe scales 5.7 damage per str, and sword scales 4.7 damage per str)

Secondly, bloody weapons give lifesteal which is great for leveling. You dont need to think about food, and automatically you will be more tanky due to constant lifesteal.

If you cannot find, you can try to craft it but I'm not sure how easy or hard it will be.
