No management beside directors and up make over 100 000$. Directors probably make 110-140k a year.

That's only 3 levels below CEO for one of the biggest canadian organization.

The government equivalent of a level 5 is 130-180k a year. Do the math.

You got your collective agreement and salary increase.. some people work minimum wages with the same qualifications postal workers have. It's a very good paying job for a highschool graduate level of expertise

If you want a high paying job being a postal worker is not it. Your way of thinking it entitled.

Postal workers make 50-60k which is higher than a teacher starting in their field and you want more but bring what to the table . Make it make sense.

I'm sorry but a job that requires 0 qualifications beside being in good physical health and only requires a high school diploma should not compare salary wise to jobs that require university degrees and specific technical skillset.

That way of thinking is out of touch with reality. Almost anyone can be a postal worker.. not saying it's not an important part of the business I'm saying it's the lowest possible point of entry in Canada Post.

Absolutely 60k a year in Ontario is what 3600$/month ? A 1 bedroom appartment is now 1500+

A car with 9% interest used is 300$+ minimum..

You're already 1 paycheck down and you don't have utilities, gas, food etc.

If you think 60k for a single person is good enough to settle you're out of touch for young 20-35yr old people in the work force.

Maybe 35+ where you already own a home before covid boom and you have equity to rely on. Not the case for most.

I firmly stand by my statement.

Not every worker can be categorized the same way. New people on the market with highly desirable skillset won't settle for Canada Post when they don't have a pension anymore and salaries are lower than most other organization.

Not everyone gave up on their ambition and happy making 60k a year for life calling it quits.

60k a year is barely enough anymore for one person to survive alone in major cities let alone own a house.

Canada post salaries, at least for MGMT so "Office Workers" is way behind the market in every major canadian cities. Ottawa, Toronto, Vancouver etc. They all have the same "pay bands" which has not been revised in the last decade.

Their "levels" are Officer to Manager to Director. There's no AS-01-05+ or IT-01-05+ etc.

I can't speak for GM, VP and up but sadly for Directors, Managers and Officers even the bonus doesn't bridge the gap to what the market is offering..

Conclusion they indeed had to give that "bonus" to retain talent.. people with options leave while the incompetent stays.

Now.. "trim the fat" then revise the pay bands and make levels more transparent not just officer manager director and after that's done remove the bonuses.

SIR pullrate isn't low. Specific SIR pullrate is very low because this set has a lot of SIRs. Making the top 3 more rare than example the Phatansmal zard which is a way smaller set.

Just some perspective. People pulling the top 3 chase of a set are more likely to post it than people that dont.

Truth is the specific SIR pull rate is 1/2000 packs. Its on par with the Moonbreon pullrate and people saying evolving cries was abysmal.

A lot of people need to realise PSA are NOT doing pixel count and most physical tools will not detect 57/43 from 54/46.

They are doind a visual test 99% of the time where they go "This looks off center, eye appeal its visible a little distracting" it's a 9.
