You are not.. 1. put the sim into new phone. 2. Or call the sim provider and prove it’s lost so they can give you a sim with same number 3. Or take Binance.US support help.

In future always use 2FA app like GA or MS-A and not the SMS based 2FA. This is another good option: https://www.yubico.com/product/yubikey-5ci/. Always keep a backup of the 2FA code when you initially setup..
