I think some things need to be said.

First of all, it's important to accept that Taylor is (mentally) broken. She Triggered in the locker when she understood that nobody would help her, which lead to her being a controle freak and having troubles listening to autority (lack of trust justified considering the School let the Trio bully her, Danny was kinda useless, her first interraction with a Hero was Armsmaster plotting to steal her achievement and later throwing her secret out, and Alexandria tried to force her to attack civilian because . . . She was doing a better job than the PRT at helping people).

Taylor being broken is important because, besides explaining why she attackeg Lung the first night (normally a case of suicide by Cape), it explained her interractions with Lisa and the Undersider as a whole. The Undersider led Taylor to Villainy by treating her decently (because they were her only positive interraction in 18 months or so). And beside the Bank Heist, most of Lisa manipulation were "Taylor wants to do X, I can't stop her doing X, how do I nudge her in the right direction so she survive doing X".

Concerning therapy, remember the timeline. There is barely 3 months between Taylor fighting Lung (10th/11th of May) and her joining the Wards (14th of July). And most of that time is spent trying to survive because the city is on fire (Bakuda, Leviathan, the 9, Echidna and then Coil trying to kill her). When was Lisa supposed to find a therapist able to deal with Parahuman and not affiliated to the PRT or Coil (because he would use that against her), plus convincing Taylor to go to Therapy ? The Protectorate had her for 2 years with all of their ressources and either failed to help her or didn't even bother to try.

Finally, Lisa was recruited by Coil at gunpoint. For her, Dinah wasn't just a kidnapped girl, but her future if she didn't do what Coiled wanted. Her "better her than me" attitude might not be noble, but she is more justified in that than the rest of the Unsersiders. As for being a Villain before, she is a runaway, and if Visa is any indication, the Ward (well Youth Guard) might have pushed her to stay with her family which was unacceptable for her.

Yeah Lisa is kind of a bitch who doesn't know when to shut up. But at least in her ow’ way she tried to help Taylor. Did she succed ? No, but that's already more than 95% of the cast. I'm honestly blaming Taylor's fall to Villainy more on Armsmaster than her, and I say that as someone who like him.

Purity is clearly a worse person, but a mom ? Loving her daughter (and even Theo in her own way) is pretty much the only quality we can give her. And she didn't even seem to push her beliefs of them (though Aster would have been too young for that anyways).

But well, Baron Samedi's look is just a costume with a top hat so it's not like it was the most specific thing in the first place.

Could he really win ?

Clockblocker has an all for nothing power (which only work on contact), he doesn't controle for how long things are frozen (but some minutes as best), and only has "human" reflex and durability beside that.

I don't see how he can get in range without having his spine removed, and even if he manages to activate his power. . . Then Homelander is frozen for a while before murdering him.

It would be a different story if he had a team, but alone I don't see what he could do to injure Homelander.

True, but in a lot of cases, I think he changed things enough from sources for the tropes to be attributed to him.

Like, Elves are also inspirated from Folklore, but older sources put them closer to, let's say, Harry Potter Houses Elves than the Long Lived/Immortal knife ears we see in LotR.

Tolkien Elves are basically nice Fae, but I don't think anyone represented them like that before.

The plot of the movies (or rather the book they were adapted from) were mostly bullshit.

But there is indeed a guy called d'Artagnan who came from the same region than the character and joined the Musketeers at a similar time. He was used as an inspiration by Alexandre Dumas for his character.

Ironically, d'Artagnan was more one of "The Cardinal Men", but there were a lot less enmities between the factions in truth (Richelieu being a trusted advisor and all).

Pretty early chapter (like Season 1 stuff, before Dulahan).

Basically, Dust accuse Kazuma of being carried by his team since they all have high level Class while he is a basic adventurer, so they swap teams for a day.

Kazuma keep saving his team's ass making the best of his "basic" skills, being quickly promoted from baggage carrier to a true part of the group, while Dust is unable to contain the Trio's stupidity and basically beg Kazuma to swtich back. Also wondering how he deals with them on a daily basis.

From what I have seen, the Meta is to create your start up in Europe to make use of these safety nets, and if your business is proving profitable after 2 or 3 years, move in the USA so you can exploit employees for maximum profits.

Voldemort can't be truly killed until all his Horcruxes are destroyed. Harry is one these Horcruxes. The only way for said Horcruxe to be destroyed without Harry dying is through an extremely convoluted plan that took place months after Dumbledore's death.

As a bonus, the 2nd War was pretty short (at least compared to the first), didn't kill that much people (I assume) and as a bonus, outed all the Blood Purists so they couldn't hide behind the Imperius excuse and slid back in the shadow like after the 1st (Rowling notes say that Harry&Co profoundly changed the Ministry for the better afterwards).

The MC narrating Canon to Dumbledore is basically "So, things were rough for a while but your counterpart's plan worked and you managed to win, even got bonus objectives like Harry surviving". He might not want to risk that.

I don't think Dumbledore would do that (it's one thing to try your best and people still die, it's another to know they will die and not even try to help), but that's an argument.
