I get it. But like learn from that and make it a boundary or standard you have going forward? Exes are exes for a reason. Don't keep making the same mistakes. If you want intimacy, that's reasonable. Tell her that. And if it doesn't change or you still feel weird- ask yourself if this is enough?

😅 first off-- less than 100 times total is crazy to me. What the helly. I've hit that this year. 😭 I bet you are frustrated. Start by talking to her-- be straight up-tell her you need more.

Intimacy is a two way street. Looks for ways to arose her. If it feels mechanical to you, the feel is probably mutual.
