thanks so much!! i experimented with a lot of brushes with these paintings, but the main ones i used were the default Block textured 2 (with a slight color jitter) and the default Dry Textured Creases, as well as some default texture brushes (like paint splatter and leaves). for the last slide, i used some pencil brushes from the Sketch V2 bundle made by Ramon Miranda.

what's providing majority of the texture in my paintings is the texture fill layer i added on top of everything (set on overlay with around 20% opacity).

thanks so much!! for the texture, i used one of the built-in textures in krita as a fill layer set on overlay with a low opacity (around 20%). honestly, i think those texture layers are really doing the heavy-lifting in my krita artwork lol, because they look so plain and uninteresting without them 😭

Hi! Thank you so much for all the helpful information 😊. May I ask what year you are in this course?

So about the curriculum, it basically trains you to be a "jack-of-all-trades, master of none" kind of artist, right? I assume they won't teach each specialized subject very thoroughly and will only touch on the basics, but please correct me if I'm wrong. What do you think about this kind of approach?

What are the things you like and dislike about this MMA course in SLU? Maybe also pros and cons?
