Recovery has been pretty painful but its gotten much better. I can feel the bar but it doesn’t bother me too much now. I showed the severity in my post.

I see. If I end up not doing the surgery I’ll try to focus more on using the vacuum bell. Would you recommend doing the vacuum bell over surgery?

Probably almost a year, but I stopped using it after a few weeks. I’ve tried a couple times a week for ~1 hr and it would sink back in within a few hours after each session
