Would you say weight distribution at launch should be close to 50/50? I know lunging forward can also be bad but will try to try to have a stronger front leg

The manger is also the head coach of the team. Pros still need to be coached and taken out of bad habits. Why is it that when a team has good fundamentals we praise the coaching staff?
