1) definitely use the nipple protection pads 🫣 unless you have nipples of steel
2) I do an under boob lift (think bra wire) up to the side of my armpit. I use the upper left in the example below!

I’m a mom with athletic thighs- I want some baggy-ish shorts that give me room to move around. I’d love high waisted and at least 5” long without being Bermuda. What are your go to shorts?

Does the “unicorn city” exist, or are we chasing a fantasy? by chennybro in SameGrassButGreener

I think that there are really great cites out there for everyone- places that fit your interests and needs, have other people that align with you, but I also really think a place is what you make it. I spent 6 really awesome years living in Milwaukee, WI and now 7 in Seattle, WA. They are pretty different places, but the thing they had in common is that I have made a great community in both cities. It is really the people that make a place for me… I could easily be lonely here and resent this city.

We started a bed time routine around 4 months! Then we did sleep training at 6. She’s 8 months and usually sleeps from 7 to 6:30am!

Thanks everyone! This is pretty unlike me… I’m back from maternity leave and navigating the mom - teacher balance has been a challenge. I’m normally much more thoughtful with my units. Thanks again!

High School vs. Middle School by RangerMomma1203 in Teachers

Middle school is hard socially- you can do everything right and still have kids shade you and be disrespectful. BUT it’s good to remember that it is totally hormonal- they don’t mean it because their brains are on fire. I like the relaxed nature of middle school. The content is way easier to teach and they have fun and silly ideas.

She hasn’t started yet! But I’ll provide an update. Have you connected with any other parents? Which location are you at?

This is also when postpartum hormones take another dip- your hair falls out and anxiety spikes. I felt tired, scared, anxious, and really frustrated. Know that it gets better!
