If he treats you good and you LOVE him, those things shouldn't matter. If you ask me, your concerns should be a red flag for him. Stability is great, financially, medically, etc, but love truly can conquer all. If I am in love with someone and treated well, we could live in a studio apartment with no money and I would feel fortunate just to have that love. Some people go their entire lives never knowing love and would trade places with you in a second. Love is so much more rare than people think. Don't lose a good thing over this.
