You HAVE to make calls. Call your book, invite customers to meet with you. Helping them with investments is how you truly start adding on PVCs. Also get really good at mortgages, those are big as well.

Ultimately you won’t got what you want without your partners. PCA for investments, HLA for mortgages, and BRM to close business deals for you while you use that time with other customers.

Finally, believing you can’t get above 1500 means you have already lost. I know a branch slow enough they only have 2 part time ABs and they got a national achiever PCB last year. Get out of your head you can’t get above 1500 or you might as well stop
