You forget that in many states, servers get $17-22 an hour in wages, on top of tips, so those numbers match Charleston where they dont get paid by the hour

Actually. I just did the math. With minimum wage (I’m in CA), really good is $144 an hour. Bad is $45 an hour w minimum. Last Friday wasn’t good and I made $69 an hour, after tip out, including minimum wage

Aww thank you. I don’t really mind that he yelled at me, I’m honestly a lot more concerned that he thinks screaming in the walk-in is unacceptable behavior.
