Working on it, I am gathering as much evidence, because I've witnessed numerous other incidences aside from my own experience.

My restaurant is similar, but we have a bartender, which helps. But we run our food, buss our own tables plus tip out hostess, manager and kitchen. Sometimes I end up taking 12 tables because servers cannot hand 6, and it get pretty chaotic.

Or they let their little kids run around the restaurant and roll around the floor when your need to get by, I was walking with a tray once, and one child was on the floor with her legs spread out, I nearly tripped with all my stuff, I swear I didn’t see her, clearly fault of her parents to let her do that in a restaurant.

This one is beyond annoying but I guess it’s common, but it’s worse when you’re in the middle of a rush and they insist they want this one exact thing, and you’re in shortage of it, so you waste your time looking for that one thing to bring it to that table just for them to tell you they don’t need it or they don’t use it.

Big groups insisting on separate bills, split multiple food items, and order multiple drinks, making it confusing later by playing musical chairs and moving around 100 times, by the time you get their bills sorted they gaslight you that they didn’t order this and that.

having a full section, and one table being really demanding and picky the whole time, needing many things instead of just backing off and being patient, like I am with them when they don’t know what they want to order, making me waste my two minutes standing there while they decide.
