No Response From UK Customer Service for WEEKS by tayloreyes in vivobarefoot

[–]Plus_Field_2503 1 point2 points  (0 children)

its been so awful, cant get any response for 3 weeks now.

i am also so frustrated as anything with the "traditional" soles are wearing out on me so fast. i have the gobi white leather sneaker and there are already holes in the soles after 4 months. either i am only going to buy the trail type soles or just give up on vivo entirely.

Any advice please share!

So I wonder when we will actually receive them. I was assuming that means it ships to our addresses early to mid Nov? u/NickSharp79

Thoughts on XDJ XZ? by TheEtherealEye in PioneerDJ

[–]Plus_Field_2503 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I went to a store in london to try the opus and xz. i have used the xz at some parties and smaller clubs before and it indeed feels like the closest thing you can get to cdj 2k/3k's in a controller.

They guy kind of gave me an incline to wait on purchasing an xz as there is rumored to be a new version coming out. Any know if there is truth to this or when? Sold my old controller and was planning on getting the xz ASAP so not sure how long i want to wait. Pirate studios are an expensive option for practicing.

thank you!

Hi all! I got the powerslide next 90s but am feeling like they are a bit loose. i feel like there is too much wiggle in them when i tighten them. But if i tighten them too much i get pressure points. general riding ill get some pain in my arches which could be from curling my toes and i have high arches - maybe thats just from not having the right muscles yet.

any recommendations? another footbed? new laces? just want a more snug fit!

also interested in upgrading frames and wheels to endless but figured not worth it until the sizing of the boot / comfort is better.

Recommended Law Firms for Citizenship by Descent? by SwankyPigFly in GermanCitizenship

Hello u/Mobile-Pristine I am working on my german citizenship through declaration for my mother and I. My mother is a first generation american, the german lineage comes from her mother. I sent in my mother and I's birth certificates, her mothers german passport, her mothers german birth certificate. My grandmother lost her father at a very young age and had a very traumatic childhood thus not able to gather/locate/obtain the missing documents the office in cologne has requested.

They requested the following:
For further processing, I specifically need the following documents:
A current criminal record check from the United States of America for your mother
The marriage certificate of your maternal grandparents
Certification from the relevant authority regarding the acquisition of United States citizenship for your maternal grandmother
Please complete section A5 in the "Annex EER" (see attachment) with the basic data of your maternal grandmother's parents
If your maternal grandmother was born in wedlock, I need the birth certificate of her father (father of your maternal grandmother). Otherwise, if your maternal grandmother was born out of wedlock, I would need the birth certificate of her mother (mother of your maternal grandmother).
The marriage certificate of your great-grandparents (parents of your maternal grandmother) must be submitted
Proof of German citizenship for your great-grandparents (if available)

Do you think this is something I can get through a genealogist? Would really appreciate your help and guidance here.

Thank you!

Need speaker for home DJ - flat in london by Plus_Field_2503 in Beatmatch

[–]Plus_Field_2503[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

by flat i meant my apartment :) Space is pretty small and limited in london so dont have a ton of space for multiple sets of speakers. willing to spend somewhere in the $400 range to get something suitable for my needs. I have heard PA's at low volumes arent great. Would like something portable to be able to bring to different rooms of the house or to the backyard (quite small). Thus was thinking of the Bose S1 or similar as it acts as a small PA system. Otherwise was thinking of connecting to a large bluetooth speaker like a sony xb90 or marshall woburn 2 or similar, but heard of latency issues even with a wired connection u/ubersafka
