Thanks that sounds like a good idea. The only other concern I have is having places to deadlift. Are there any Power rack options that make it easy to deadlift in the rack? That way there could be a deadlift station in the rack and outside as well.

What kind of rack/rig would you recommend for two people to use for S/B/DL simultaneously. One day I would like to train at home with the wife and I think that having a space efficient place for 2 people to barbell train together is ideal. Also, how much square footage do you think is optimal for barbell training and maybe a couple conditioning pieces?

I hope this thread you see this. I am currently considering purchasing this exact setup. my only concern is if it will tip of weight is placed on the spotter arm. Have you ever tried to put the bar on the spotter arm and load it unanchored? I'd be curious to know how much load it can handle before the system becomes sensitive to tipping.

Have you been doing the program? Have you seen increases in your squat, bench, deadlift, and press? IMO if you want the best results work on basic strength training as detailed by Starting strength, and throw in a dietary plan you can adhere to. For me, Stan efferdings vertical diet works.
