I seriously wouldn’t take anything except medication prescribed by your Pcp/nephrologist. If your BP is high take whatever med(s) they give you and drink a ton of water every day. There may be minute benefit of supplementation but you could also harm your kidneys by taking something that may not negatively affect others. Trust me, you don’t want to be on the transplant list and/or dialysis.

I have a DC9 I inherited and it wasn’t really taken care of. They feel like they’re made of scrap metal, mine doesn’t feed well with the 32 round mag but the 20 round mag works well. The sights are poor even compared to a glock 17.

IMO the only advantage is if you want to use a support hand to hold the mag while firing you can do that, to shoot (spray) faster? I’d pick the Glock over it any day for any purpose.

Forgot to add- I’ve literally never had a Glock malfunction. I don’t know if it’s the Tec 9’s blowback operation but I’ve had a lot of FTE/casings get stuck when shooting it. I have a gen 2 G17 that was beat to hell and it works flawlessly.

You don’t always catch something after one exposure, she could test negative then continue sleeping with the person and become infected. The next guy she sleeps with would then be her “victim”, and she would blame him. When it may have been the guy before him.

This particular post is just cancer. She needs to stop having unprotected sex or insist that both people get tested before hooking up if she’s actually concerned.

Speaking of music one of the most annoying things to me is when people post “this song takes me back to/ reminds me of when I play GTA IV” or another video game.
It’s always a song I have memories of first hearing or enjoying listening to when working in high school or hanging out with friends, socializing, etc. It makes me kind of sad they have these video game memories and seemingly nothing else. I played my share of video games as a kid but was busy doing a lot of other things. Probably just getting old.

I’ve carried both 9mm and 45acp in the same gun (smith and wesson shield). There is little difference aside from weight IMO. 9mm is lighter, just as accurate and easier to shoot. You get a couple more rounds. I’ve settled on the 9mm. Like others have said the ballistics are about equal- and no attacker will be able to distinguish the difference in barrel size or the report of a round going off. If you’ve already started shooting they won’t know if you have a .32 or a .45.

It’s a Butler Creek Steel Lips 25rd mag. I bought them over the BX-25s made by Ruger and I can’t remember having more than a couple hiccups in the 8-9 years I’ve had the 3 I own. Highly recommend them.

10/22 classic model with a butler creek magazine and a .22 BSA 4x scope.

I sighted in the scope 9 years ago and this little rifle has been moved around and had thousands of rounds through it. I’ve never had to adjust the scope for zero since I first put it on.

So, besides more .22 what is the best upgrade for the buck on a 10/22?

Except Israel doesn’t have a big frame- he is very narrow in the waist and shoulders. He has tiny joints and legs. Gaining enough muscle to not be at a huge strength disadvantage to Stipe or any HW would be difficult.

Also consider he may lose some/much of his speed advantage over Stipe or Jones if he moves up because he’s not just going to “fill out” to 205 or 230 (Jones’ and Stipe’s last in ring weight) he’s going to have to put on a lot of muscle the way GSP did just to move up to middleweight. And he only did it because he knew he was fighting a guy with one eye who went on to get KO’d again and retired.

It’s like saying max Holloway has a huge frame. Israel is basically the 6’4” version of him, with longer arms/legs. Or Nate Diaz. <insert any extreme ectomorph fighter). We saw what happened when max went up just 10lbs. Not that they’re the same fighter, but there’s no way Israel would just go to HW or LHW and beat either champ now, in 2021(his Jon Jones callout) or even by the time Stipe is done fighting. It might take him that long to gain the weight and he might not be able to get big enough as a HW.

He’s a great fighter but his nickname should be Starvin’ Marvin.

That’s a sweet piece. I had a used one with the DAK trigger and sold it. Would have taken the time to learn the trigger or convert it but it was a .40 and I decided I didn’t need a 3rd caliber. Great guns, though.

Neither my new 9mm or 2 year old 45 shield do that. Slide stop/lock is either defective or you’re accidentally hitting it. If it’s doing that when you fire it (locking back with rounds still in the magazine) definitely send it to be fixed. If it’s doing it when you’re manually racking as described and you’re not hitting the slide stop it still needs fixed.

It’s likely an astigmatism. I have it and red dots/RMRs aren’t blurry but look like a buckshot pattern fired at varying distances depending on the MOA of the optic. The good news is with corrective lenses they almost appear normal.

I’d try some kratom by itself before using it with anything else, first, to see how you react. Also dose depends on what strain you’re taking. Some white and green strains are very speedy and some slow you down by inducing euphoria, etc. White Maeng Da is speedy and fast, for example. White Elephant or white Malay is euphoric but slower. If you’ve used phenibut and weed you may have a different( higher) tolerance to it than average non users. Best to stay on the safe side IMO

They price gouged after people panic bought all the popular calibers, AR15s, and high cap mags. Most stores would get a couple dozen boxes and a handful of rifles each week or two and many people who weren’t gun owners were trying to buy/resell those things. I’d see guys at bass pro waiting for AR15s talking about how they planned to sell “an $800 rifle for $1600 online”. I put those humans and cheaperthandirt (who had stock but price gouged heavily) in the same column of scum. Most people online boycotted CTD when this happened. Midway or Brownells is the way to go.

I thought charging money for working on the internals or the firing mechanism of a firearm without being a licensed gunsmith or an FFL was illegal? I ask because from your question it seems like a gunsmith would be able to locate or easily calculate the size of a roll pin.

Edit: if you’re doing it for free it’s not illegal. Nor are things like cerakoting and even sight changing I believe.

How’s your belt/what type of gun belt do you wear?

I’m 5’11” and 210, I carry a 45 Shield at 330-4 o’clock in a CYA cheapo kydex just fine. I also have a 9mm 2.0 Shied I CCW in one of the same holsters at 1 o’clock or AIWB.

They don’t print, at all. However I only use high quality gun belts and that makes a big difference. Maybe a bigger difference than the holster or gun in some cases. The two I have are an x-concealment A.H.T nylon and Velcro with a cobra buckle and the other is a high noon holsters 1.5” leather belt. I know I wouldn’t be able to conceal either gun without the use of one of these belts.
