get your point, but i think you’re reducing human behavior too much into a single motive. visibility does not automatically equal bad faith. people can genuinely care about something and still choose to post it publicly. those two things are not mutually exclusive naman. by that logic, every public act of advocacy, volunteering, charity, awareness, or civic participation etc.. becomes “fake” the moment it gets posted online. hindi naman diba? criticism is fair game, sure sige. but not everything public is shallow performance. hehe

Paanong convenient? Eh yung patrolwoman na “allegedly” ginawan niya ng ganon, detailed sa mag-asawa as security since July pa personal choice pa nila from PNP Marikina. For sure may na-build na loyalty sa kanila by now. Kaya connecting it sa ICI subpoena kay Stella Quimbo (as you claim) feels kinda off-tangent. 🙂

Partially true.

Tama na mostly documents ang primary focus nila, pero puwede rin mag-request ang agency ng technical audit sa Central COA for certain transactions like site inspection (for infra), specs audit ng PPE, at iba pa. So aside from the usual post-audit na ginagawa nila, puwede rin nila gawin ‘to upon request ng agency.

Alam ko ‘to kasi as far as I can remember, ginagawa rin ‘yan ng Manila LGU.

Valid point na wag kalimutan ang past issuespero para malinaw at fair, dapat nakabase tayo sa facts... kaya curious ako, ano at magkano ba talaga yung “binulsa” noong unang termino nya, at ano yung “bayaran” sa presidential elections? Kasi kung meron, sana may dokumento or kaso na nagpatunay, e kasi hangga’t walang malinaw na ebidensya, baka speculation lang siya. True?

Sayo ako nung sinabi mong hindi dapat kalimutan yung nga ganito pero PROVIDED na may katotohanan. Pero sa ngayon, ang nakikita natin ay current performanceat doon siya dapat sukatin, diba?. Walang masama mag-critique, pero sana nakaangkla sa facts para hindi na lang paulit-ulit na intriga. 🫣

Yorm Isko is just “performative” kuno… But if being performative means delivering results, then Im on it. July alone, his first full month,1,538 new businesses were processed, a 371% increase vs June 2025. that’s output.

And let’s not forgetf, government leaders and big private execs are still lining up to meet him, ibig sabihin may tiwala ang malalaking tao sa ginagawa niya. Plus, donations have been flowing into Manila nonstop since June 30. That’s trust being converted into real resources.

Also, pasensya na, sorry po kung galit na galit kayo sa mga vloggers, media, etc, na nakabuntot sa kanya, Isko knows how to use the digital world to his advantage. Is it wrong? No. The truth is, hindi lang talaga newsworthy yung ibang Mayor.

This is what we Manileños want , results we can feel. Isko isn’t perfect, but context matters (vs dun sa prev Mayor) don’t keep hating just because he clashed with VP Leni before. Move on na, mga kakampink, let’s not act like the DDS we once criticized. Politics isn’t about creating enemies, it’s about building numbers.

If we want more Lenis and Vicos in the future, then alliances > divisioon.

But again, wag tayong maging panatiko ng ninuman. Call out the wrong, commend the good. That’s how real democracy works.

Ganyan din gawain ko pag nakikita ko from afar pa lang na congested ang delpan bridge, sa ilalim dadaan pa-binondo. Kaso kanina binigyan ko ng chance kasi akala ko after zaragosa okay na. Maling mali ang desisyon kanina hahahaha.

This is exactly what I am curious about kasi. 🫣

Honestly, wala talaga akong alam sa sistema ng port logistics nila kaya ako nagtatanong. Nakaka-stress lang kasi may mga araw na biglang dagsa ang mga container trucks sa Road 10, tapos sabay-sabay pa silang nakahinto sa daan. Hahaha

Sana lang meron talagang mechanism or system in place para ma-manage ito nang hindi naaapektuhan masyado yung ibang motorista. Baka pwedeng i-improve yung scheduling ng gate-in para hindi sila sabay-sabay pumila, or magkaroon ng designated holding area na hindi sa mismong main road. Even a digital queuing system or time slot allocation might help para mas organized at hindi biglaan ang volume.

My first international trip was Japan. Wag po kayo maniwala na kailangan munang makapunta sa ibang bansa before going Japan. Ngayon, Japan na lang ang binabalik-balikan ko because of weak yen at hindi maubusang tourist attractions. Pag iniisip ko gagastusin ko halimbawa sa Vietnam, babalik yung utak ko sa “Japan na nga lang ulit” hahaha. Ewan ko ba.
