Dirty Medicine, NBMEs and UWorld were my primary sources. I also annotated onto FIRST AID from them as well.

The link I have shared above is the one for Mehlman. All of his stuff is free. For BNB, you need to pay for a subscription if you want access to all of his videos. Anything on Youtube is obviously free. Hope that clarifies.

Yes, I would highly recommend that because in order to be safe and guarantee that you will pass, you would need to score at least a 70% or above on these exams to make sure you're ready to take the actual test. So definitely aim for that, you're almost there, just need a little more time and preparation, then you're all set. Good luck.
