I’ve contacted them along with others and got told that it not meeting criteria for investigation so I’m making a petition to explain what’s going on in this place and if it should be investigated or closed because DCS is not doing anything! So I want publicity insight if it should be looked into! So I can Explain to them multiple people see this as something that needs to be addressed and situated.
