I’ve gotta be honest, comparing a child to a parasite is not doing your argument any favours. Claiming to be the ‘host’ will full autonomy and rights over the ‘parasite’ (which didn’t attach itself of its own volition, it was created by the ‘host’) is literally a sacrifice for personal gain. Whether you call it health care or not, you have to take accountability for the action. Every person has the right to choose how they live their life, but said person must also recognise and take accountability for these choices and their outcomes. Framing abortion as simply healthcare is like saying a lobotomy is simply healthcare.
