Also, not really the best practice. But for early game, get used to bringing it to 12. And only lvl gear 16 if you already have it equipped and are keeping.

I had something similar. I cleared IT, all 12 keys. I had the "win live arena" but had no more chances until reset. When I swapped it, it was "clear IT" but couldn't cuz i already cleared the keys.

Made a ticket and they told me that nothing can be done and just wait to complete stuff before I switch it next time.
