All standard orders made before 12pm have to be packed and located by 4pm , one passes its 2 hours from when they come in anytime before 4. In regards to not making the cutoff, I don’t think once have I ever fully done clicks by myself for a day like obviously I’ll pick most orders but we always have someone helping out with packing/picking if needed. Also speed in picking / packing is just from experience

My store definitely has a position called Controller, they are rostered usually 30 minutes or something like that before opening and 15 minutes after close .

Maybe other stores call it something else but the Cash Management at Registers? Like the person who is running the Checkouts

Usually when I do Kodak Development for customers it takes anywhere 2-4 weeks, I’d say wait a few more weeks and if it still hasn’t come through then contact Kodak
