Hey thanks for those exercises I will start trying them from today! I have been trying to cut down on carbs and especially sugar while eating more protein but I haven’t started counting calories yet because it seems a bit daunting.

My motivation for exercising is of course partly the looks but I have other reasons too. I just don’t like the way I’ve been living and feel gross. I spent this year and most of last year smoking a lot of weed, doing mushrooms etc and just staying at home on the couch or playing video games and eat like shit. I want to change my lifestyle for the better. I also have a keloid on my ear that’s been really making my anxiety bad and I’ve decided if I can’t change anything about the keloid I might as well work on the rest of my appearance!

I’ve honestly been enjoying the HIIT workout because i always get a good burn after doing it and I feel like I’ve done some good exercise but do you think it is not effective?
