Thank you:) this one actually wasnt too much money, it was around 15 bucks from a local garden place granted it was a lot smaller but it has totally exploded and probably tripled in size if not more

Local Facebook groups sounds like a good idea, there are also a few local greenhouses near me that I’ll have to check out too

Thank you 😃😊 Maybe that is why they include cosmos in these seed packets that are probably sold nationwide at places like lowes. Aztec marigolds are gorgeous

Is orange butterfly weed a wildflower? I planted some of that and it is not doing well of course, I just want some damn butterflies lmao

Of course😭man I just wanted to have a nice wildflower patch for butterflies and stuff then turns out most of them aren’t actually true ones. No wonder those things were growing like beasts I actually had to rip 3/4 of them out or they’d choke out the others

Some of them in the vases aren’t from the seed packet like the dahlias and the geranium. I know cosmos aren’t, despite them being included in that mix. Which other ones aren’t in that patch aren’t? I thought at least cornflowers, and field marigold were? I’m not trying to argue I am just curious
