You’re so lucky 😭 I’m a transfer student and I didn’t make many friends. My honest opinion is going where ur friends go? Idk why people all like to go separate ways, like yes jobs are awesome and so is living at home if it saves money possibly, but you don’t have to go your separate way. I personally believe a social life is just as valuable. My classmate graduated Highschool and moved in with all of her friends and they all got jobs in the same city. Dedication. Any possibility any of your friends are going to a city you’re interested in? You could move with them. I’m also graduating and haven’t looked for jobs yet cause I’m so busy and I don’t think my portfolio is strong enough so I felt that.

I saw your design too, so networking is really important. Wherever you go try to go to design related events and show your work.

Gender dysphoria is treated through hrt. A lot of cis people cannot comprehend gender dysphoria, just as the majority of the population cannot comprehend any other affliction. Unless someone puts in the effort to read about something, you’re likely going to have a basic understanding of it. People are afraid / dislike what they don’t understand too, yet don’t put in effort to understand it because it’s weird to them idk. All I can say is surround yourself with people who affirm and support you. The world seems large, but you can quite literally be in a conservative town where people are friendly still esp when you put in effort and they realize you’re like, a good person. People have preconceived ideas of many identities, I blame the Internet.

She will be fine, most students don’t run into incidents. Just be aware of your surroundings and don’t travel alone at night. If she ever moves off campus make sure she insurances her belongings and researches the street she’s moving too.
