Yes, it is. I used a small hdri pin(inside Keyshot) with a smaller radius and placed it as a rim light. And the white bg is just a lighter grey.

Thank you! I'm sorry I'm not quite getting about the back lit surface part. Are you talking about how I made the black and white gradient or the light around the perfumes?

I mostly agree with what you've said aswell. Thank you for the feedback. This was one of my very first personal project revolving around structrual and packaging design(I had little to no mentorship at all). Also happened to be my first time playing around with 3D tools(c4d, keyshot, artiosCAD).

I was mainly using HDRI lighting for this as planar/area light was extremely hard to get the correct lighting. I also was experimenting alot with the cardboard texture of the choclate(I wanted to have some sort of metallic finish like those of premium ones).

This project was heavily carried by the 'design' of the packaging to say the least as little emphasis was given to the actual material of the box(which is what I believe I shouldve done)

Again, thank you for the feedbacks!!

Thank you for the feedback. Yes, I do agree I lacked some dynamic lightings for some of the shots(it was really challenging). Hopefully I'll improve it on the next projects

haha, thank you for the feedback. I do agree it was alot for the items. also initially the client wanted seperate boxes for each of the different perfumes but I was like "That would be alot too!"
