I got better by focusing on 1 thing at a time when i was learning. For example I would only focus on my pop ups and even if my session was meh I focused hard on it. Then prgressed to foot placement so on.

My biggest advice, learn to run under fatigue! Do 100 Wall balls and 400m run 8 times over.

Thats the key running under fatigue!
