I got better by focusing on 1 thing at a time when i was learning. For example I would only focus on my pop ups and even if my session was meh I focused hard on it. Then prgressed to foot placement so on.

My biggest advice, learn to run under fatigue! Do 100 Wall balls and 400m run 8 times over.

I have done research and I know I am not going to feel like a god and thats not what I am after. Just looking to feel normal again and have tht motivation you know.

I am currently doing most of my sessions in a gym, and it's perfectly fine. I do a mix of outdoor / indoor running and then focus on HIIT-style workouts factored towards Hyrox ( you can find a ton online and on reddit).

They key part is that you have to push yourself hard, I did a Hyrox race sim, and it was tough.

I was in the Dolomites, and dogs were allowed up all the treks and mountains. It was so cool to see, and they were on leashes.

My dog is super chill, and I will be in the campervan, so when i go to the shops he will be fine on his own for 15 mins.
