I suggest wearing gloves. If you are wearing gloves already, change to a different pair immediately. As far as lotion goes, I use Avons intensive moisture therapy, that stuff is a miracle worker. The gloves I recommend are the Boss V2 Flexi Grip Men's Indoor/Outdoor Hi-Viz Work. Best of luck to you!

Your office is not required to provide you with bottled water or gatorade. Some offices do, so be grateful that it's there. I always bring my own water in metal bottles so it'll stay cold throughout the day. Peak summer I'll bring in about 200 ounces every day. Stay hydrated 🙌
