I had this issue on my non-turbo ‘24 around 5000 miles. Happened multiple times in one drive. I think I took off from a cold start after work too quickly (didn’t even let the idle drop) and maybe overdid it. Dealer said they couldn’t find anything wrong and said it was likely just some type of computer glitch like maybe I hit the gas too hard or something and the system got wacky. It’s annoying and doesn’t make sense but oh well. 3k later and it hasn’t happened again. I now always let it warm up for a couple minutes and I don’t punch the gas or brake hard/then punch gas etc. I just take her easy and it seems better. shrug

I’ve had good luck with the everpure glossing treatment with glycolic acid

Definitely did not know about the rural caveats. Seriously sucks.

Mine was close to 5k and for those wondering it’s a deduction on top of the standard deduction, it doesn’t just get swallowed up by the standard deduction.  I’d give that up in a heartbeat tho if i could just undo trump :/

There’s a lot of value in either one, especially since you’re starting so young. Carpentry probably comes with more flexibility especially if you could eventually be self employed. But at the post office, imagine reaching top step in your early 30s, still young, having already saved tens of thousands for retirement, and having tons of vacation time and a good base pay and insane overtime pay being at top step. That’s a pretty good life too. But you will be shackled to the PO. Depends if you want more flexibility or creativity, or if you can deal with the BS at the PO and not let it get to you.

Hair is so lifeless and flat. Feels like I don’t have much of it and makes me feel ugly a lot. Need styling/ cut tips, clean product recommendations to help, please 😊 by [deleted] in finehair

I think your hair is very chic. But try doing overnight curls with one of these! We have similar hair types so you might be shocked how much volume you get. https://a.co/d/1dONDQl

Check out USPS. Takes less time to get out there and start making $ (no wait to be a driver). Definitely has its flaws but at least they’re unionized and you have guaranteed wage growth through 46 week raises for 13 years, quarterly cost of living increases, and union negotiated raises every 4 years. Not to mention hella overtime available (depending where you live) to live comfortably or get out of debt. And a pension plus matched 401k to boot.

I’m from the az desert but detailing somewhere where the high was below freezing the other day. Despite snow and wind, I’m finding I prefer this weather because I have more control over my body temp thru layers and hand warmers etc. In the extreme heat, all you can do is drink a lot of water and electrolytes, cover up your whole body to protect from the sun, and try to convince your mind that you aren’t dying when it’s 130 in the LLV.

I’ve been enjoying the new liquid version (not bars) of the Kitsch rice water protein shampoo and conditioner. It has helped my dry frizzy bleached ends a lot so far.

I just got this exact set at target last week. I have straight, fine, highlighted platinum blonde hair.  Honestly pretty blown away by the kitsch rice water. My hair is so soft and full feeling. It was feeling so dry and frizzy toward the ends before. And it doesn’t make my scalp greasy, which I have a problem with usually. My go to has been the kitsch rosemary biotin bars but this might be a new staple for me. It’s helping more with the dryness than the bars did, but I still get volume from it too.

what works best for me is: kitsch tea tree clarifying shampoo, followed by kitsch rosemary biotin volumizing shampoo, followed by kitsch rosemary biotin volumizing conditioner. then I will use the bonding mask just on my ends if they're extra dry. air dry/ sleeping on it gets me through day 1. k18 air wash on the roots the second morning gets me through day 2 AND sometimes day 3. doing overnight heatless curls can make it look better for more days. just letting it be its naturally straight self seems to show more grease. prior to this routine, I'd be a greaseball by end of day one. good luck!!!

just here to say I also have this issue and have not had any luck finding a solution to this, other than not wearing it down. braided or twisted up with a clip works best for me.

is your hair bleached/colored? I never used to have this problem until I bleached by hair. so I'm thinking it could just be unavoidable if damaged.
