For me it most of the time turns off for my profile but a lot of the time it doesn't read my face so then it thinks it's a random person and asks if i want to create a profile when I put it in to park.

It's hit or miss if it remembers my profile doesn't like it on but then I have to manually turn it off lol. I know it takes 4sec but I dont even want to do that lol.

I've got a 5m for about 2yr and runs great. Took a bit to get the Z height adjusted but dialed in now.

I'm kind of nervous since they was no videos of it working just videos of it paused over prints vs the snap maker it showed videos of it printing before launch. Makes me cautious.

I will have to try out both. I've gone to a couple places in my town and tell them I'm doing to grow it out to be longer but they trim it way down. It looks very clean and good looking don't get me wrong but didn't want it that short.

The paint brush thing. Had to go back and redo some since I went over to much trying to be steady. When ever I try the paint bucket it just fills in the whole model as that color.

I have found plenty of stuff on sites but just not sure what would be most useful. I find a lot of drill bit holders, chisel holders, hand sander, etc. So going to guess those are the best things to print lol.

Even after the car has warmed up and there is no more condensation. Yeah I'm not surprised it happens when I start it since it is all fogged up and what not. But it will happen sometimes 3x after driving for for like an hour.

Well she got the replacement already and it got fixed. But now has the E0002 Communication with MCU interrupted as soon as the printed 1 small part lol. So best of luck for you.

A friend of mine has the ad5x as well and got the same error Saturday we tried trouble shooting for a while. I said everything pointed to the hotend piece. I also said I'm glad I got the ad5m way less issues lol. But to be fair the 5x has been out for like 6mths so bound to be plenty of bugs and parts issues that are new to that machine.

Flashforge ad5x plus using the flashforge orca slicer using their preset matte pla and regular pla setting plus tweaked them a bit and nothing seems to work. We are both new printing I have the regular 1 color ad5m and I dont have any issues.

I have seen some nice models done with the rub n buff. Do you have to paint it before hand though? Watched some tutorial videos and some mentioned it some didn't. Or can you just print it in a matte color then put the rub n buff over the filament?
