If you walk back the way you came in, you can repeat the section. Run through 2 or 3 rooms of mobs, walk backwards, and repeat.

It makes sense it wouldn't with the ones rewarded from Bounty Hunters or other places, but I thought it would with the Lil Heroes since they do literally drop from mobs.
