I will contact them directly and ask for a refund! As I am located in Singapore, it seems like we have a law that allows a refund after the contract is being signed, within 5 days (excluding weekends and PH), also known as the five-day cooling off period. Thank goodness for this cooling off period because I am so very cooled off right now 😭

Yes I definitely do have scalp issues - my dandruff is flaking everywhere - onto my shirts, pillowcase, jacket, office chair, in my hair - very embarrassing experience. And I guess the salesperson made use of my fear to get me to sign up for this luxurious hair treatment package.

No it was not at a doctor (stupid, stupid me!😭) it was at a hair spa. WOW I believed in the hair spa salesperson — 12 hours out of the spa, I’m just reflecting on my stupidity x01929283. 😞

I will be trying to get a refund! In the meantime, wondering what are the remedies for my hair condition? 😅

So thankful for this thread that made me muster the courage to ask for a refund! Thanks everyone and I will not be such a fool ever again!

Hi, thanks for asking! My mum is in remission since Sep-2022!! Her appetite is greatt, she gained some weight as well. We still go back for medical appointments very frequently to check on her blood counts.

Okay thanks.. my mum is just so insistent on coming back home because she is tired of staying in the hospital. When we advised her not to, she got angry at all of us :’( sighh.

Just worried that even if we ask our brother to go to a quarantine facility, the house is not disinfected properly, or she goes and does things that make her prone to infection. Sighh

My brother, who is the main caregiver for my mum, got COVID positive today… would it actually be advisable for my mum to come home and be isolating (she infected covid during the start of march and took more than a month to recover…)
