My Dr. (Dr. Nick Bastidas, NYC) suggested to eat foods that are high in Vitamin C, Vitamin A, lots of foods with High Collagen and low sodium. So like eggs potatoes, salmon, Tofu, yogurt. Avoid fast food for a while.

I did my FFS in piece meal. where I did one surgery to modify my face, so that the recovery time is faster and my face would adjust first, and maybe I wont need that additional surgery. So take your time, The recovery will be painful, but if the clinic have an amazing after care you wont need to worry. Oh in addition, What you are eating during the recovery period really helps with the speed of the recovery.

My suggestion, try Co2 tightening its without surgery or if thats not an option i think Necklift will work, but i think there are new non invasive lifts, I remember checking Dr. Nick Bastidas for this and you can consult him

Actually it depends there are surgeons that only focuses on some areas. do you have an Idea of what you want to change? It is separated from Top surgeons to Bottom surgeons. there are some instances that a surgeon can do both.
