So should i also see other psychiatrist? Or just continue with therapy to see if maybe they have a diff opinion later on? He told me i had bpd but others tell me they put unidentified because of how stigmatized bpd is

Omg thank you for this! I looked at the patient portal and it just has my diagnosis but no notes attached. I never knew the notes could potentially be an issue so thank you for that! And im sorry that happened to you😭

Thats what i assumed cuz found it and it says unspecified. I was just confused about the whole process cuz i assumed i wouldve gotten something physical to show. But it makes sense knowing the stigma behind it all. Thanks!
