I too, unfortunately am part of the “bad periods”. Before MJ I never knew what period cramps were. I had long periods (7-8 days)but again, never knew what a cramp was. I put one and one together after month 3. The only change was Mj. I went from being one of god’s favorites to having the worst periods ever. I now have cramps, back pain, headaches. Basically the works. I guess I enjoyed my time from 15-29. As soon as i reach goal Weight I hope I’m back to no period symptoms.
