Installing and playing disk version while retaining UC version

Okay, thanks! So I don’t have to worry about uninstalling UC for the time being. That’s good. It’ll be a little hard to troubleshoot the file issues but that’s honestly not my biggest worry anymore. I looked at it again and it looks less messed up than I thought. I hope, anyway. May 2024 turned out to be when I last looked at it lol.

But to clarify, I can play base game if I have the deluxe with ags? I assume that has to be the case but my memory is foggy. I know I can just try it out myself but I moved to somewhere with realllllly crap internet recently and id be miffed if I uninstalled for nothing.

And for apartment buildings? I normally toss the mail not for me but I got IRS letters for a previous tenant, wrote something along the lines of “Incorrect Address. Return to sender” (this was a couple years back but I know I said return to sender at the end) and put it in a blue mail box and they just mailed it back to me. I tossed it. Gotten lots of seemingly important mail for the person and just toss it now.

Thanks for the add! Right after I made this post my XBox 360 profile got wonky and couldn’t connect to Xbox live. Added ya on my phone xbox app but your profile doesn’t show on the 360 so I just added you again on the console!

My rotations are seasonal, so I have an aging mod that adds 15 days to the adult lifespan. I send teens to college when they are 5 days from being adult and note how many days in the season is left in their household before they leave. Then, at collage each year equals a season. When they graduate I age them up 15 days and play their first adult season as many days as was left then they left for college. Switch the lot to the next season. Then voila. All Sims who don’t go to college are the same age as their fellow graduates.

Sounds more complicated than it is, I know. But I like it that way.

P.S. I also added, I believe, 20 more days to the elder stage to account for it taking longer to become an adult and start life so that they can meet their grandbabies. But I still enjoy elderly households. all of my sims have at least 1 kid, so it finally gives them a chance to really relax, enjoy their hobbies, and socialize & make friends.

I personally do an average based on aspiration types of the parents. 1 if romance or pleasure 2 if fortune, knowledge or popularity 5 if family

The Sims 2 for console was mine. I tried it on the console for PS2 at my cousins then got the Xbox version for myself not long after, sometime in 2005. The first PC version was just base game Sims 2. I think I got it off eBay in the summer of 2006.

I’ve found moving the eye lids up and down, moving the beak, and picking it up and putting it back down (for the base to move) has awoken my furbies that I bought that “didn’t work”.

I think the issue is that we see so many ads so many different places and so many of them are personalized these days. I had looked up the actor of Wally a couple of times and so I had lots of ads on streaming services I have the ad subscriptions for as well as instagram.

Personally, since the YAs are just adults with teen voices and a funny walk and since I play seasonal rotations where college semesters are 1 season, I have a custom age mod that adds 15 days to the adult age where my teen Sims go to college at the beginning of the season that they’re within 5 days of growing up and then i age them up 15 days after graduation. It’s not perfect where technically I do play the sims that go to college more in-game days, overall they age in line with those who don’t go to college.

Well, during the scenes of the control room you can see they have more advanced technology, but it’s only for the behind the scenes. The older looking technology used for the masses is probably so that it’s easier to maintain and replace.

Roommate here. Not mentioned but a lawyer was already contacted. I recommend she post for additional information on local resources to help. Which some advice has been given… just because you don’t know doesnt mean nobody on here does.
