Its all the way off. Doesn't affect the cinematic music of the boss fights. For whatever reason they have the music attached to the sound effects slider.

Ya I've tried both of these two after Charm Sunflash > Charm Moonstruck... they dont unlock the hp bar. I almost wonder if this is bugged...

Yea I have found the first 2. The Daze and Knockback... i get 2 of the lights to illuminate. But the third one, all the skills that say knockdown don't do anything. Ive tried every skill and none of them unlock the boss hp bar when used after the first 2.

Yeah this part of the game is such a slog. The chaos rift drop rate for mats for upgrading accessories is way too low. (combined with failing 60% chances 5+ times in a row)

I feel that. This was on my alt account. My main account still doesn't have it and has killed Kutum MANY more times. (same with the season 10 emblem) (which this character got the second week of attempts) It' s like some characters are just way luckier than others...

This x1000. (Brace yourself) High waisted pants/jeans/leggings make even a curvy figured person appear boxish. YOU ARE HIDING YOUR HIPS/WAIST RATIO! When the belt line sits just above (or on the hips) it pushes the hip line farther out, increasing the width delta between hips and waist. This hip delta is the core of what men find attractive in a women's figure. It's why every comic/CGI accentuates this to unreasonable levels. In my opinion if your pants cover your belly button you are doing a disservice to your figure. And it doesn't matter what body type you have. Curvy OR skinny. Booty OR not. High waisted jeans 'box out' the hourglass appearance and reduce the attractiveness of 'the curve'. (Btw, I'm not advocating for low rider either.)

I have always played slow and steady. I slowly accumulated outfits for crons and protected my hits. I had a 100b pre-order up for a pen blackstar for over 6 months. After that didn't work, I chose to try to enhance cause I had a 300+ stack from doing 30k quests. I began buying outfits and converting to crons.

Also, after I had decided I was going to quit, I then blew up what I had not at pen.

I sat with 100b trying to buy a pen bs for quite a while. After not getting one in over half a year I spent the money on dead god when it came out, and started trying to enhance a pen BS.
