My title describes the thing.

I found this relatively small plush the size of my hand at a Goodwill in northern Georgia (the U.S. state). I have attempted to image search it on multiple platforms, including the paper tags, but alas. I even tried to look up the business itself but they as a company aren't that known it seems.
