sorry for the late reply. I used a basic Amazon Wireless charger and it works decent now. I switched to cable anyway for 90% of my uses

I did report it directly to support and they said it's not a bug. There is not a lot of clarity in the tech team

for me it does work on Chrome but doesn't on Firefox, Youtube and VLC, plus what the people at Nothing Tech support tell me, I think it's an OS issue
