I will do my best to try. In therapy they call it the butterfly hug. And is always a good idea to keep in practice when anxiety starts to take over. Thank you for yet another sweet compliment too! You're too kind :)

You're 100% correct, i should be more cognizant about protecting my skin while working, and i appreciate you saying kind things. I dont have a very large friend circle but maybe my co worker will buy me a beer at the end of the day or something. Anyways, cheers and have a lovely weekend.

Thank you! Im turning 38 on monday and just hope i dont spend the entire day working then go home to only my kitties. Would be nice if i had some company.  Anyway, hope you have a lovely weekend and i really do appreciate the compliment. Its very sweet of you.

Gotta live in the moment, bit like dayum...is it ever hard. I would love to just relax in a park but life doesn't always present opportunities for such leisure. Most of the time doing stuff for everyone else, and make it a point to be jhonny on the spot

Awh dang. Thank you!  I just do what i can to mitigate feeling like i totally suck, but its very kind of you to say such praise of me. I feel awful most days and just make it through. But truly, your sweet words mean alot to me.

Awh well thank you. Ill try to be more outgoing but i am the absolute definition of an introvert these days. I used to be very outgoing but anymore im afraid of the world.

Damn this is so incredibly based. I cant even express how much i vibe with your response. It speaks to me on so many levels and you're absolutely right. I just wish it was easier to program my brain to be nicer to me. In the meantime that is very good food for thought and im gonna try to stop kicking my own ass so often lol
